Deborah Burt has worked as a senior human resources executive for the past 25 years, mainly in the information technology and financial services industries. Two years ago she switched to sustainability consulting. This led to her becoming involved with various sustainable community projects including solar energy farms and studying for a Masters degree in Environmental Management. Deborah is President of 4Change.

John Brecht is an experienced human resources practitioner who has been managing his own consulting business for the past 8 years. John lives in the Bradfield electorate of NSW and is a regular volunteer with local schools and community groups.

John Harvey is a dentist, based in Cessnock where he’s lived and worked for the past 10 years. He's also been a political advisor to National and Liberal leaders for 20 years prior to returning to dentistry. In recent years he’s come to realise that the political system needs to change and the environment needs to be protected to ensure the long term health and welfare of the community. So once again, he's getting involved.

Patrick Darley Jones operates his own engineering manufacturing business in Penrith NSW. He is an expert in Manufacturing and Supply Chain Management and a passionate advocate for Australian industry.
